What is the best way to dose?

As with most new medications or supplements the best way to start is slowly and with a goal or purpose in mind. It is also important to record or document where you started so you can keep tract of changes. This means taking notes on how you feel before you start with CBD, what dose you took, how long you waited for a reaction and what was the reaction. For example, if you have chronic pain in your left knee and want to see if CBD will help, do the following.

i. Write the date and time of your first dose and how you feel before you take CBD

ii. Note the dose

iii. Set your timer so you can monitor any changes, two hours for example.

iv. At 2 hours make a note; any changes in pain level? If yes, what are they? If not, set the timer for another 2 hours and see what happens.

v. Continue to test dosage and response until you find what works for you. We are all different.
